Nutritional Plan Recipe: Mixed Berries and Spinach Smoothie


  • Mixed berries
  • 3 tablespoon greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • A teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1/4 avocado
  • Spinach
  • Protein powder


  1. Add protein powder to a blender.
  2. Add a handful of spinach.
  3. Then add the rest of the ingredients: 3 tablespoons of greek yogurt, a handful of mixed berries, a cup of almond milk, a teaspoon of chia seeds, and ¼ avocado.
