- A teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1/4 avocado
- Spinach
- Protein powder
METHOD
- Add protein powder to a blender.
- Add a handful of spinach.
- Then add the rest of the ingredients: 3 tablespoons of greek yogurt, a handful of mixed berries, a cup of almond milk, a teaspoon of chia seeds, and ¼ avocado.
